Corporate coaching
Same approach that has trained CEOs, general managers and teams across dozens of companies since 1998 –
now built into three focused formats.
and 35+ others
But I am not just practising grammar and vocabulary with your team.
I also help people get past the fear of making a mistake in front of colleagues –
the real reason skilled, experienced professionals go quiet in a meeting or a client call.
That's the part most training skips.
A local office of a multinational company:
language coaching for almost the entire team, over two years of training – everyone finished with improved skills and the confidence to communicate freely.
A large national company:
groups of 35+ people, training for nearly a year – the only two who didn't finish had left the company. Everyone else improved their communication and presentation skills, along with their grammar and accuracy – exactly the goals we'd set.
The local office of a British-company:
hired us to train nearly the whole staff in 1998,
brought us back for about a year of refresher sessions some years later,
then invited me back again in 2022 with a new team of 15 – eight of them are still training with me, nearly four years on. We're still learning together, every week.
Most of my year-long and multi-year programmes have ended exactly the same way:
everyone who started was still in the room at the end. That's the standard I hold every Alex Academy Corporate programme to.
Your people lack fluency, speed and confidence – not because they don't know enough, but because their speaking skills are rusty or underdeveloped. They need practice using English under real pressure, without the fear of getting it wrong in front of colleagues, with feedback from a real tutor. A ready-built, evergreen 3-month programme – weekly LIVE practice, weekly assignments, personally reviewed.
No lead time, no tailoring delay.

Some employees don't feel their English is "correct enough" for a client or a boardroom, so their overall performance suffers. This one-month intensive is built around accuracy, with Thursday's LIVE room dedicated entirely to it – plus a seat in the Tuesday Fluency session for extra practice, so grammar moves from theory into automatic use. I don't promise fluency in a month. I promise your people will speak with less hesitation by the end of it.

Email me to book a Discovery call. And we can arrange a Team Fit Zoom call with all prospective students.
I don't ask you to commit blind. Before anything is invoiced, we meet your prospective participants together with HR – in English, department by department if needed, over a single Zoom call. It shows me their real starting level, and tells you exactly how the sessions run. No cost, no obligation.
I've been teaching English since 1989. That same year I founded Master Language Center, which I ran for over 15 years, leading a team of more than 20 teachers. We were later among the first to introduce structured corporate English training to Bulgaria, well before "business English" was a category anyone talked about.
Since 1998 I've trained CEOs, general managers and hundreds of business professionals across dozens of companies, developing all language skills and designing tailor-made programmes.
What I've noticed above all: the professionals I coach are excellent at what they do, and hold their English to the same bar. When it falls short, they read it as a reflection on their competence, not just their language level – so they hesitate, over-edit every sentence, and undersell what they actually know. Mentoring is what shifts that: helping them see English as a tool for the job, not a measure of how sharp they are.
One thing hasn't changed since 1989: results come from real practice, not grammar perfection or highly sophisticated vocabulary. That's what I build with every team I work with – not a course they sit through, but a mentorship that pushes them past the freeze, into confidence and improved performance.

Stephen K. · KI Technology

Fear is what stands between your team and the results they're capable of achieving.
It shows up as the employee who understands the client's email perfectly but stays quiet on the call; the manager who can read a report in English but won't present one.
The knowledge is usually already there – what's missing is the confidence to use it under pressure.
Structured, guided practice removes and builds that at the same time, until using English at work stops being the hard part of the job.
One conversation is enough to know whether this fits and how – no lengthy sales process, no obligation. Tell me your headcount and what your people actually need, and I'll recommend the right programme, not the most expensive one.
Business English Speaking and Business English Grammar are ready-built and evergreen – no tailoring, so there's no lead time before your team can start. Confident English for Teams is designed from scratch for your people after a short conversation about what they actually need, which is why it costs more and takes time to set up.
For the ready-built programmes, yes – they're built for around Intermediate level A2/B1. If your team spans several levels, Confident English for Teams is built per level-group specifically for that: each group gets its own tailored curriculum, priced separately – that includes even beginners, should you have any.
Yes – the weekly Live sessions are shared rooms, also used by other students. They always work in pairs twice during each session, and they get my feedback – but it's worth knowing before you enrol them.
By invoice and bank transfer. I don't process card payments for corporate accounts. Licence seats are released once payment clears.
We handle this case by case. Often that means bringing in a replacement: I personally interview anyone joining an existing group, so they're a proper fit and can catch up without disrupting the rest of the team. Where that's not practical, I add extra sessions for your team instead, as compensation. There's no refund on any of the programmes, and Confident English for Teams is prepaid in full – but you won't be left short-changed.
Yes, on all three programmes. Tell me your headcount and I'll include the details in your quote.
A final test and a certificate of completion on Business English Speaking and Business English Grammar. On Confident English for Teams, the closing deliverable is agreed as part of your tailored programme design.
Business English Speaking builds speaking confidence, not new grammar. Business English Grammar gives your people the grammar they need to stop hesitating – real, visible improvement in a month, not full fluency. Confident English for Teams is designed around the outcome you actually need, so I agree every detail with you in advance.
Email me to arrange a Zoom call, and I'll recommend the most effective solutions, not the most expensive.
