I am an English teacher – since 1989!
I have taught thousands of students.
Most of them are the same in one way: they understand English well, but they don't believe in themselves. They freeze when they need to speak.
The real problem is not knowledge. It's fear. They are scared of mistakes. Or scared to feel embarrassed.
I understand this feeling. It happens to me too – I am learning Greek at the moment!
So my job is not just grammar and rules. My job is to help you use the English you already have – without fear. We talk, and you make mistakes. No problem! Mistakes are welcome. You are learning, remember? Nothing bad happens. We smile, and we continue.
I am your English mentor. I help you with the fear, and I help you build skills. Step by step, you get confidence.
Confidence begins the moment you start practising. Right?
Nobody’s watching you fail. They’re watching you try. And helping when it's hard.
Every skill starts at zero. Piano. A bike. Swimming... English too.
You start slowly. You make mistakes. You fail. That is normal.
There is no way around this stage. Believe me – I tried to find one!
But you don't need to be alone in the process. And you don't have to feel embarrassed.
That is why these rooms exist.
Everyone who joins for the first time feels strange, in one way or another. Saying the wrong word. Stopping in the middle of a sentence. Asking "How do you say...?" three times in ten minutes.
But nobody minds. What matters is the communication.
Then sooner than you think, something changes. And you don't even notice.
You stop worrying about mistakes. You just... talk. Stress and fear – gone!
And some time later, you even enjoy it! And want to come back for more.
MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
How do I know if I should start with Fundamentals or Acceleration?
Simple check for you: if you can read this page without help, start with Acceleration. If it's a bit of a struggle, start with Fundamentals.
Still not sure? Just pick Fundamentals – you can move up whenever you want.
Can I switch levels later?
Any time. No test, no waiting list, no "prove yourself first." Some people move up after a month, some stay at the same level for years because they like the pace. Both are completely fine. You just cancel your plan and choose another.
Do you correct every mistake?
Not on the Fluency sessions, and that's on purpose. These are live, relaxed conversation rooms, not grammar exams. You'll get help when you need it – but nobody's marking your English in red pen. I usually summarise the mistakes and discuss them at the end of the discussion.
However, on the Accuracy sessions I correct mistakes - that's the point - you need to fix the details and practise correctly.
What's the difference between Fluency and Accuracy?
Fluency is about talking – real conversation, out loud, at your level and a bit higher. I comment on mistakes at the end, not mid-sentence.
Accuracy is about details – grammar, pronunciation, correct word combinations... the stuff that we as foreigners find really hard. We deal with mistakes as they come and we practice a lot, so you remember better.
Can I get 2 rooms?
Yes – that's both rooms at the same level, €130/month, about 15% cheaper than buying Fluency and Accuracy separately.
But mixing levels – say, Fundamentals Fluency with Acceleration Accuracy – doesn't get the discount. So jump to both rooms in Acceleration instead 🙂
I'm already on a subscription course. Do I need this too?
No – you already have these rooms (or 1 of them) as part of your plan. Don't buy twice. However, you can add an extra room if you don't have it included.
What if I can't make a session?
Life happens. Skip a session, come back the next – nobody keeps score, and there's no penalty for taking a break.
Is there a free way to try this first?
