Why we use it, and our legal basis
To provide the course or service you've purchased (performance of a contract).

To send you marketing emails about new courses or sessions, only if you've opted in (consent) — you can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep the website secure and improve our Services (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including our course platform (Zenler), video-session provider (Zoom), and email-delivery services. These providers only process your data on our instructions and to the extent needed to provide their service. Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA; where that's the case, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you have an active account or subscription, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
